Job summary

DOCS Health is seeking Physician Assistants to join our independent contractor network to provide health readiness services to military personnel in Alaska. Work will be primarily on weekends with occasional weekdays, across remote military installations; travel is required.

Responsibilities include health assessments, reviewing records, interviewing service members, and documenting results in our proprietary system.

Qualifications

• Active PA license in the state is required.
• CPR/BLS Certification required.
• Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care or Occupational Health preferred.
• Experience with mobile medical services preferred.
• Knowledge of military systems and terminology preferred.
• Adaptable to fast-paced environments with high daily volumes.
• Available for weekend work and travel to remote installations.

Responsibilities

• Support health assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history and records for readiness classification.
• Interview service members to assess medical concerns.
• Document interview results in medical records using a proprietary system.
