Job summary

DOCS Health seeks Physician Assistants to join as independent contractors providing medical services to military personnel in Colorado. Qualifications

• Active Physician Assistant license in the state of Colorado.
• CPR/BLS Certification required.
• Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care or Occupational Health is preferred.
• Experience with mobile medical services is preferred.
• Knowledge of military medical systems, protocols and terminology is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and travel to various locations, including remote military installations.

Responsibilities

• Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history and medical records to determine readiness.
• Interview service members to identify current and prior medical concerns.
• Identify urgent concerns including Behavioral Health.
• Document interview results in the service member’s medical record using a proprietary system.
