Qualifications

• Must hold a valid license to practice OT in the state(s) of practice.
• Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation to and from patients' residences.

Responsibilities

• Attends patient care and staffing conferences as a representative of occupational therapy.
• Adheres to department schedules and completes timely clinical and billing documentation.
• Collaborates with rehabilitation team to tailor programs for each patient.
• Educates patients and caregivers in OT techniques under supervision.
• Maintains accurate documentation for all treated patients.
• Maintains and reports on equipment condition and repairs.
• Delivers patient-centered OT interventions across cognitive, motor, and functional domains.
• Implements individualized treatment plans established by the supervising OT.
