Vision To Learn seeks an optometrist licensed in Delaware to join a mobile clinic, delivering eye exams and glasses to students in underserved communities. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule, with travel across the greater Sussex County area.

As a patient-centered clinician, you will perform comprehensive vision evaluations, prescribe appropriate corrections, and ensure proper documentation. Background check is required.

Qualifications

• Delaware Optometry License required.
• Must pass Department of Justice background check (LiveScan) and drug test.
• Must be flexible to commute throughout the greater Sussex County area.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision evaluations: check VA's, assess binocular vision, IOP, pupils, perform refraction, and prescribe correction.
• Prescribe vision devices, test patient on applicable equipment, and instruct proper use.
• Document patient diagnosis accurately in internal systems.
