Job summary

Eyetastic Services seeks an experienced Optometrist (OD) to provide mobile eye care at correctional facilities with flexible scheduling and competitive daily rates. The role includes either part-time (1099) or full-time (W2/1099) arrangements.

Full-time ODs can earn $350,000–$400,000 annually with benefits such as 100% employer-covered health insurance and CE reimbursements. Travel between sites is required, and the organization supports professional development and serving underserved

Qualifications

• OD degree with heavy medical optometry experience.
• Residency training preferred; new grads must have completed a relevant residency.
• Ability to travel to multiple correctional sites.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
