Job summary

Eyetastic Services® in the United States is seeking an experienced Medical Optometrist to provide mobile eye care at correctional facilities. This role offers flexible scheduling, competitive daily rates, and the chance to serve a medically complex population in a secure environment.

Openings are available for both part-time (1099) and full-time (W2 or 1099) arrangements. Full-time ODs can earn $350,000-$400,000 annually, with up to $8,000 in CE reimbursements and a 401(k) with employer match.

Qualifications

• OD degree required.
• At least two years of medically-focused optometry experience, or residency in ocular disease management.
• New grads must have completed relevant residency.
• Willingness to travel to multiple correctional sites.
• Ability to work independently and in correctional facility settings.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
