Qualifications

• Oregon Optometry License.
• Mobility to travel up to an hour from Bend/Eugene area.
• Must pass Department of Justice background check (LiveScan) and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision evaluations and refraction; assess ocular health and prescribe corrections.
• Prescribe vision devices and instruct patients on proper use of these devices.
• Document patient diagnoses accurately in internal systems.
