Job summary

KeyMe Locksmiths in Fort Myers is seeking a Mobile Operations Manager to run a personal mobile service van, build customer relationships, and lead a small team. You will travel to partner locations, perform car key duplication and programming, and deliver top-tier service on a daily basis.

You’ll operate with autonomy, using company tech tools to manage sales and inventory, while striving to meet ambitious targets and provide an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

Experience cutting or programming car keys, or familiarity with automotive/locksmithing services.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using tablets, mobile apps, or POS systems.
Motivated to develop leadership skills and take initiative
Self-motivated and ready to work independently — you don’t wait for direction, you take the lead.
Strong attention to detail, with a knack for organization and time management.
Problem-solver who’s comfortable using tools and handling technical tasks.
Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check.
Ready to work outdoors, engage customers, and roll with a fast-moving day.
