Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist for mobile in-home outpatient therapy across Westborough, Marlborough, Shrewsbury, Ashland and Worcester counties in Massachusetts. The role offers a flexible schedule with opportunities to treat older adults in the home and in living facilities.

The position emphasizes comprehensive in-home rehabilitation, caregiver collaboration, and workload managed across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an OT program accredited by ACOTE.
• Initial registration with NBCOT is required.
• Valid OT license in the practicing state is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home outpatient rehabilitation services for older adults in patients' homes or in independent living facilities.
• Supervise OTAs, temporary licensees, students and support personnel as required by state licensure.
• Adhere to department and patient treatment schedules and complete clinical and billing documentation.
• Participate in patient care conferences and other meetings; refer to other disciplines as needed.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation team members to select appropriate therapy plans.
• Adapt plans as needed for individual patients; promote safety and manage equipment and supplies.
• Design and train patients in adaptive devices and activities of daily living; assess progress.
