Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist for full-time, 32–40 hours per week, mobile outpatient therapy in Nashua and Hudson. The role focuses on in-home OT for older adults across home and facility settings, with flexible scheduling to meet patient needs.

You will design and implement OT plans, support patient independence, and collaborate with the rehab team to provide comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards.
• Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid and unencumbered OT license as required in the state of practice.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to patient residences.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home/outpatient OT services for older adults in Nashua and Hudson.
• Develop and implement occupational therapy plans of care and goals with patients and caregivers.
• Coordinate with the rehabilitation team and other disciplines to optimize patient outcomes.
• Supervise OT Assistants and students as required by state licensure.
