Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current OT license to practice in Colorado.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing therapy evaluations in the community or patients' homes.
• Implement and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress.
• Provide therapy directly or through supervision and teaching of others.
• Evaluate mobility, strength, and functional goals to match patient abilities.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing education.
