Job summary

Dentrust Optimized Care Solutions seeks Nurse Practitioners to join as independent contractors providing medical services to military service members in Montana. The role mainly covers weekends with occasional weekday shifts under the Reserve Health Readiness Program, traveling to various locations including remote installations.

Required are an active NP license in the state, CPR/BLS, and willingness to work in high-volume environments.

Qualifications

Active NP license in MT required.
CPR/BLS certification required.
Experience with Primary Care, Urgent Care or Occupational Health preferred.
Experience with mobile medical services preferred.
Knowledge of military systems, protocols, and terminology preferred.
Adaptable to fast paced environments with high patient volumes.
Must be able to travel and work weekends.

Responsibilities

Support physical health assessments of military personnel.
Review health history, service member records, and medical questionnaires.
Interview service members to determine current and prior medical concerns.
Identify concerns needing immediate attention, including behavioral health.
Document interview results for readiness classification in the medical record using the proprietary system.
