Responsibilities:

1. Maintain ongoing communication with clients to assess needs, gather feedback, and promote services.
2. Participate in weekly sales meetings to promote Remote Online Notarization options.
3. Handle customer service issues and concerns.
4. Prepare documents for signing and communicate the process to clients.
5. Notarize and verify the execution of documents.
6. Support traditional closings when necessary.
7. Review purchase agreements, lender instructions, and title commitments.
8. Resolve title issues and ensure proper transfer of titles.
9. Review documentation for accuracy and completeness.
10. Manage lender packages.
11. Respond promptly to customer inquiries.

Qualifications & Skills

• Notary license and U.S. citizenship.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with title insurance or real estate services preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
