Job Type: Full-time

Primary Duties

1. Review and notarize documents/affidavits.
2. Ensure all documents/affidavits/pleadings are properly executed and notarized according to state guidelines.
3. Maintain an electronic notary journal of all official acts.
4. Administer oaths during telephonic hearings or trials as required.
5. Stay updated on current department policies and procedures and communicate changes to the department manager.
6. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Active Notary Public commission in your state.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Job Requirements

Payment

$125.00 to $200.00 per loan closing signing appointment.
