Certified Mobile Notary Service (https://certifiedmobilenotaryservice.com) is seeking a Mobile Notary Public to work virtually within the U.S. only.

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

1. Maintain liaison with state agencies to acquire legal papers, stamps, and seals.
2. Ensure all stamps, seals, and papers are kept securely under lock and key.
3. Interview clients briefly to explain the mechanics of documents.
4. Determine the eligibility of documents and clients’ intentions through conversation.
5. Verify identification documents such as birth certificates, social security cards, passports, and licenses.
6. Ensure the signer is not coerced into signing.
7. Prepare documents according to content standards.
8. Sign and affix stamps and seals on documents to provide approval.
9. Create and maintain records of notarized items, ensuring they are organized for reference.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must be a U.S. citizen with a valid notary commission in your state.
• Experience as a Realty Notary is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clean background check.
• Effective communication and phone skills with an outgoing approach.
• Organized with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Requirements

Computer, Internet, and a home office setup.

Compensation

$125.00 to $200.00 per loan closing signing appointment.
