SPECIALTY:

Authentication of documents.

OVERVIEW:

Verify the authenticity of signatures and documents for our clients. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from home while providing essential services to our customers.

KEY DUTIES:

1. Verify the identity of individuals signing documents via video conferencing and other remote methods.
2. Confirm the accuracy and completeness of documents presented for notarization.
3. Administer oaths and affirmations as required by law.
4. Ensure compliance with all applicable notary laws and regulations.
5. Maintain accurate records of notarial acts.
6. Communicate effectively with clients to guide them through the remote notarization process.
7. Stay updated on changes in notary laws to ensure compliance.

KEY PROFILE:

1. Must be a U.S. citizen with a high school diploma or equivalent.
2. Active Notary Public commission in your state.
3. Remote notarization experience is a plus.
4. Strong knowledge of notary laws and regulations.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
