Job summary

L&Q is seeking a Multi-trader Plumber to join its North London repairs team on a permanent basis. The role involves plumbing repairs and replacements across resident homes, with ad hoc cross-regional work to support service delivery.

Core hours are Monday to Friday 8am–5pm, with potential to earn more from callouts. A manual driving licence and hand tools are required, NVQ experience preferred, and a strong focus on customer service and safety is essential.

Qualifications

• Sound working trade knowledge and experience.
• Experience in maintenance, housing environment, and NVQ.
• Able to deliver excellent customer service.
• Health and safety conscious.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Wide range of multi-trade skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out plumbing repairs and replacements in homes.
• Apply basic carpentry, tiling, painting and plastering as needed.
• Provide first-line customer service and communicate effectively with residents.
• Work across North London region and across shifts as required.
