Job summary

MedQuest Imaging is seeking a Mobile MRI Technologist to travel with the mobile MRI truck across the Kernersville region, performing diagnostic scans and assisting physicians. The role focuses on patient preparation and safe operation of MR equipment, with a patient-centered approach.

The ideal candidate will have ARRT MR certification, ARRT radiography program graduate, and applicable state licensure, plus strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of ARRT-approved Radiography Program
• Certified and registered by ARRT in MR – RT(R)(MR) or RT(MR)
• Applicable state license where required

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

The Mobile MR Technologist travels with the mobile MRI truck and assists physicians in the performance of diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures by preparing the patient and safely operating the MR equipment in order to obtain diagnostic scans.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of ARRT-approved Radiography Program
• Certified and registered by ARRT in MR – RT(R)(MR) or RT(MR)
• Applicable state license where required

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years' experience in MR
• Compassionate bedside manner and strong communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Familiarity with Epic electronic medical records (EMR) systems
