Job summary

MedQuest Imaging is seeking a Mobile MRI Technologist to join our Charlotte, NC team. You will travel with the mobile MRI truck, preparing patients and safely operating MR equipment to obtain diagnostic scans in a patient-centered environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration with physicians and clinical teams, with opportunities for cross-training across multiple locations and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must hold ARRT MR certification and be registered as MR.
• Graduate of an ARRT-approved Radiography Program.
• Applicable state radiologic license where required.

Responsibilities

• Travel with the mobile MRI truck and assist physicians during diagnostic imaging.
• Prepare patients and safely operate MR equipment to obtain diagnostic scans.

Education

ARRT-certified MR certification (RT(R)(MR) or RT(MR))

Graduate of ARRT-approved Radiography Program

Applicable state license (where required)

This role is sign-on bonus eligible.

What You'll Do

The Mobile MR Technologist travels with the mobile MRI truck and assists physicians in the performance of diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures by preparing the patient and safely operating the MR equipment in order to obtain diagnostic scans.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of ARRT-approved Radiography Program


• Certified and registered by ARRT in MR - RT(R)(MR) or RT(MR)


• Applicable state license where required

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in MR


• Compassionate bedside manner and strong communication skills


• Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals


• Familiarity with Epic electronic medical records (EMR) systems
