Job summary

TD is seeking a Mobile Mortgage Specialist to join our Mobile Mortgage Sales Force in Canada. You will build and maintain relationships with realtors, builders, financial planners, and other influencers to drive loan referrals while achieving sales targets.

The role offers flexible scheduling, targeted training, and a collaborative coaching approach with the Senior District Sales Manager. You will operate within TD’s client-focused culture and benefit from a comprehensive training program.

Qualifications

• A self-starter with exceptional quality sales skills.
• An independent, self-managed professional who enjoys developing new business in a fast-paced, competitive market
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking and relationship management skills
• Ideal candidates will have a knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication
• Post-secondary education (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Develop mortgage development initiatives including referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
• Participate in targeted sales training and use TD’s sales management system.
• Collaborate with the Senior District Sales Manager on joint sales calls and coaching sessions.
