Job summary

DOCS Health seeks a motivated Dental Assistant to support military service members in mobile exam rooms and on-site clinics, performing exams, X-rays, and chair-side assistance.

The role emphasizes weekend availability with flexible part-time scheduling, mileage reimbursement, and per diem. Prior military exposure is a plus; base access is required and background screening will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Active Dental Assistant certification (CDA, RDA, EDDA, EFDA) and Radiology Certification.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Preference for candidates with prior military experience.
• Available on weekends and some weekdays for flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dental care in mobile exam rooms and clinics.
• Capture digital X-rays (BW and PANO) and ensure sterilization of instruments.
• Provide chair-side assistance and basic administrative duties as needed.
