Job summary

DOCS Health is seeking a Dental Assistant to support military service members with dental exams, treatments, and X-rays in mobile and base settings. The role focuses on assisting in mobile exam rooms, managing X-ray capture, and keeping areas sterile and prepared for procedures.

Flexibility to work weekends and some weekdays is required, with biweekly pay and travel support as part of the compensation package. Prior military exposure is a plus, and base-entry eligibility is necessary.

Qualifications

• Active Dental Assistant certification (CDA, RDA, EDDA, EFDA) and Radiology Certification are required.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Experience with 4-handed dentistry and digital tools is preferred, especially in a military setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dental care in mobile exam rooms and operatories to ensure deployment readiness.
• Capture digital X-rays (BW & PANO) and manage instrument sterilization.
• Perform chair-side assistance and basic administrative duties as needed.
