Job summary
DOCS Health leads a mobile dental care program delivering essential services to military service members in compact mobile clinics. The role emphasizes deployment readiness, quick response, and teamwork in a flexible weekend schedule with some weekday needs.
Candidates must hold an active dental assistant credential and radiology certification, plus CPR/BLS. Base access and background screening are required; compensation includes hourly pay, mileage reimbursement, and per diem for days worked.
Qualifications
- Active Dental Assistant certification (CDA, RDA, EDDA or EFDA) and Radiology Certification.
- CPR/BLS certification.
- Skilled in 4-handed dentistry with digital tools.
- Eligible to access military bases; background checks and drug screening required.
- Weekend availability with some weekday support.
Responsibilities
- Deliver dental care in mobile exam rooms and operatories to keep service members deployment-ready.
- Capture digital X-rays (BW & PANO) and sterilize instruments.
- Perform chair-side assistance and basic administrative duties as needed.
