Job summary

DOCS Health is seeking a Dental Assistant to provide mobile dental services to military service members, supporting readiness and health. This part-time role emphasizes weekend work with occasional weekday needs, in a mobile clinic setting.

You will assist with X-rays, sterilization, and chair-side support while maintaining high standards of patient care and safety. Travel and on-site care are key parts of this role, with reimbursement and per diem provided.

Qualifications

• Active Dental Assistant certification (CDA, RDA, EDDA, EFDA)
• Radiology Certification in Alaska
• CPR/BLS certification

Responsibilities

• Deliver dental care in mobile exam rooms and operatories to keep military members deployment-ready.
• Capture digital X-rays (BW & PANO) and handle instrument sterilization.
• Perform chair-side assistance and basic administrative duties as needed.
