Job summary

Linde plc is seeking a Microbulk Technician in Grand Rapids, MI, to perform repairs and preventative maintenance on Microbulk units at customer locations. The ideal candidate should possess a High School Diploma or GED, with tool knowledge and mechanical aptitude being an advantage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic tool knowledge and mechanical aptitude a plus.
• Experience in pipefitting and brazing a plus.
• Valid Driver License with a clean driving record required.
• No alcohol-related convictions in the last ten years.
• Ability and willingness to travel (overnight travel required).

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites for repairs and maintenance of Microbulk units.
• Diagnose problems and failures, identifying equipment replacement needs.
• Repair various items, systems, and components of Microbulk units.
• Ensure equipment is in safe working condition after repairs.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance for ongoing equipment functionality.
• Manage inventory and shipping of parts to other technicians.
