Job summary

Linde Gas & Equipment is seeking a Microbulk Technician to join our Fort Wayne team. You will travel to customer sites to perform repairs and preventive maintenance on Microbulk units, diagnose issues, and replace parts to ensure safe, reliable operation.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting diverse Microbulk components, coordinating with regional technicians for parts/shipping, and supporting travel as needed. The role offers hands-on work with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
Ability and willingness to travel, including overnight travel.
Experience with pipefitting and brazing is a plus.
No DUI, DWI, or other alcohol‑related driving convictions within the past ten years.

Responsibilities

Travel regularly to customer sites to perform repairs and preventive maintenance on Microbulk units.
Diagnose equipment issues, system failures, and identify required replacement parts.
Repair and service a wide range of Microbulk unit components and systems.
Verify that all equipment is restored to safe, reliable operating condition after repairs.
Conduct routine and preventive maintenance to ensure continuous and efficient equipment operation.
Order and request necessary tools, equipment, and supplies to complete installations and repairs.
Manage inventory and coordinate shipping of parts to regional technicians.
Schedule and arrange tank shipments to align with job timelines.
Support planned and unplanned overnight travel as required.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
