Job summary

ReGenesis Health Care is hiring a Mobile Logistics Technician to support Mobile Medical Centers and the Care in Motion Mobile Program. You will drive, operate, and maintain mobile units, assist with patient access, and engage with communities across Spartanburg, Union, and Cherokee counties.

Role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) with healthcare experience, valid SC CDL A, CPR/AED, and EMR proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of healthcare experience.
• Associate degree in health or related field preferred.
• Valid SC driver's license, CDL Class A.
• CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and transport Mobile Medical Centers to Spartanburg, Union, and Cherokee counties.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections; ensure safety and readiness of mobile units.
• Set up and break down at community, school, and clinical locations.
• Monitor onboard systems (generators, HVAC, electrical, water).
• Ensure proper fueling, supplies, and maintenance documentation.
• Provide professional patient-access support and community engagement during deployments.
• Maintain deployment logs and inventory records.

Overview

ReGenesis Health Care is seeking a dependable, safety-focused, and service-oriented Mobile Logistics Technician to support our Mobile Medical Centers (MMCs) and Care in Motion Mobile Program. This hands‑on position plays an important role in bringing healthcare services directly into the communities we serve. The Mobile Logistics Technician is responsible for the safe transportation, setup, operation, and readiness of our Mobile Medical Centers while also assisting with patient access, community events, equipment, inventory, and day‑to‑day mobile program operations. What You’ll Do

Mobile Medical Center Operations & Transportation

• Safely operate and transport Mobile Medical Centers to locations throughout Spartanburg, Union, and Cherokee counties.
• Complete required pre-trip, post-trip, and safety inspections.
• Safely maneuver, park, level, stabilize, and secure mobile units at deployment locations.
• Assist with setup and breakdown at community, school, and clinical locations.
• Operate and monitor generators, HVAC, electrical, water, and other onboard systems.
• Monitor vehicle mileage, generator hours, fuel levels, and maintenance schedules.
• Fuel mobile units and fleet vehicles and maintain accurate fuel records.
• Refill freshwater tanks and properly discharge wastewater according to established procedures.
• Identify and promptly report mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, generator, or other maintenance concerns.
• Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of Mobile Medical Centers.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and coordinate repair needs with transportation and fleet leadership.
• Ensure mobile units are appropriately stocked with operational supplies and equipment.
• Assist with the safe transportation of patients between designated Mobile Medical Center deployment locations and other approved destinations, as needed, while maintaining patient safety, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Documentation & Program Support

• Maintain accurate mobile deployment logs.
• Track mileage, generator hours, fuel usage, inspections, and other operational information.
• Maintain required vehicle, inspection, CDL/DOT, and operational documentation.
• Assist with inventory checks and documentation.
• Monitor the Mobile Program schedule.
• Complete required training and maintain required certifications.

Community Engagement & Customer Service

• Provide professional, courteous, and patient-centered service to patients, staff, schools, community partners, and the public.
• Represent ReGenesis Health Care and the Care in Motion Mobile Program positively in the community.
• Assist mobile staff with community events and outreach activities.
• Communicate operational or community concerns to mobile program leadership.

Required/Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience in healthcare, patient access, community health, or a related field.
• Associate degree in health or social sciences preferred.
• Valid South Carolina driver's license, CDL Class A.
• CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain certification within 60 days.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience or proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
