Job summary

Sentara Health is hiring a Mobile Health Driver to transport and support the mobile medical unit within the service area. You will ensure on-time arrival, proper setup, and compliance with DOT rules while recording hours and miles driven.

Prior experience with patients affected by substance use disorders is preferred. The role requires a high school diploma and a valid CDL Class A license, with emphasis on safe driving records and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• HS - High School Graduate or Equivalent is required.
• CDL Class A License is required.
• Bus Driving experience is required.
• Prior experience with patients affected by substance use disorders is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive, pick up, transport, and return within the assigned Service Area.
• Ensure on-time arrival and set up of mobile medical unit; maintain accurate hours and miles records.
• Ensure safety compliance with DOT rules and company policies; assist with operating the mobile unit as needed.
