Job summary

360care is seeking an organized medical support professional to assist physicians across long-term care facilities. You will help with chart preparation, EMR updates, and efficient patient flow during visits.

The role requires driving between facilities, maintaining accurate documentation, and escalating issues to management as needed. A High School diploma and TB test pass are required, with strong communication and computer skills essential.

Qualifications

• High School education or GED.
• Good computer skills required.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must have own reliable transportation and car insurance.
• Must have completed and passed a two-step TB Skin Test.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Complete chart prep on scheduled patients prior to visits.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and medical history in EMR.
• Ensure all documentation is complete and up to date.
• Post charges to the appropriate provider in a timely fashion.
• Maintain clean and organized care areas and equipment after visits.
• Coordinate patient flow and scheduling with staff and managers.
• Conduct inventory and order supplies to minimize waste and maintain stock.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and PHI guidelines at all times.
