Job summary

APPS Paramedical is seeking independent contractors to perform mobile medical exams in client homes or offices for life, health, or disability insurance applications. Exams include blood draws, vital signs, EKGs, and medical history reviews, with strict adherence to compliance and confidentiality.

Contractors set their own schedules, with exams offered seven days a week and 52 weeks a year. Training and equipment are provided or optional; familiarity with tablets and scanners is preferred to

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience, as well as familiarity with taking vital signs.
• Familiarity with tablets/computers and scanners is a must.
• Preferred experience with pediatric and geriatric patients/home health.
• EKG experience is preferred but not required.
• Background check and drug test may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform mobile medical exams at client homes or offices.
• Conduct blood draws, measure vital signs, and perform EKGs as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in gathering client information.
• Coordinate with insurance companies and schedule exams.
