Job summary

APPS Paramedical is seeking qualified phlebotomists in Georgia to perform mobile health exams for life, health, and disability insurance applications. Exams often involve blood draws, vital signs, EKGs, and documentation, conducted at clients' homes or offices.

Independent contractors set their own schedules, with biweekly reimbursement for each completed case. A high school diploma or equivalent and a phlebotomy/MA certificate are preferred; references, background checks, and drug testing will

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience and familiarity with taking vital signs.
• Familiarity with tablets/computers and scanners is a must.
• Preferred pediatric and geriatric/home health experience; EKG experience preferred but not required.
• References, background check, and drug test will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Perform medical exams in clients' homes or offices on a mobile basis.
• Collect blood samples, vital signs, histories, signatures, and EKGs as required.
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality; follow compliance and safety policies.
• Exams can last from 15 minutes to over an hour depending on requirements.
