Job summary

CDL Nuclear Technologies, LLC in Cranberry Township, PA, is seeking a Medical Equipment Delivery Technician to safely transport, install, and setup medical devices at healthcare facilities. You will handle mobile imaging equipment, ensure readiness, and maintain documentation while following regulatory safety standards.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record (no serious incidents within the past two years).
• Ability to work independently and manage changing schedules.
• Willingness to drive long distances, overnight hours, and travel 1–4 nights per week.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform moderate physical labor.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office; Microsoft Teams experience preferred.
• HAZMAT training related to radioactive materials.
• 3+ years of Class II driving experience.
• Experience with medical equipment transport, loading, or maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with traffic laws and company policies.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle and equipment inspections.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload equipment using proper handling and safety procedures.
• Install and set up equipment onsite, including connecting and configuring basic computer hardware and software.
• Conduct functionality and site-readiness checks to ensure equipment is in ready-to-scan mode when required.
• Comply with DOT, NRC, OSHA, and HAZMAT regulations, including proper documentation.
• Complete and maintain accurate delivery documentation and required records.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles, equipment, hub locations, and customer facilities.
• Work flexible schedules, including long routes, overnight travel, and schedule changes.
• Provide courteous, empathetic customer service to support customer satisfaction.
