Job summary

CDL Nuclear Technologies, LLC is seeking a Medical Equipment Delivery Technician to safely transport, install, and set up medical equipment at healthcare facilities in Houston, TX. The role includes long routes, overnight travel, and strict adherence to DOT, NRC, OSHA, and HAZMAT regulations to ensure patient care and equipment readiness.

The position requires 3+ years of Class II driving experience, hazmat training, and the ability to work independently while providing excellent customer

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record (no serious incidents within the past two years).
• Willingness to drive long distances and overnight travel 1–4 nights per week.
• 3+ years of Class II driving experience.
• HAZMAT training related to radioactive materials.
• Experience with medical equipment transport, loading, or maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with traffic laws and company policies.
• Perform pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle and equipment inspections.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload equipment using proper handling procedures.
• Install and set up equipment onsite, including connecting basic computer hardware and software.
