Job summary

DME Express is expanding its team of delivery drivers to provide medical equipment to hospice patients, including wheelchairs, hospital beds and oxygen. Training is available for all new hires, and there is an on-call rotation and weekend rotations as part of a 24/7 operation.

Delivery includes patient education, adherence to DOT and FDA guidelines, and maintaining clean equipment and vehicles. A competitive salary is offered based on experience within a dedicated care-focused team.

Qualifications

• Must maintain a positive attitude at all times.
• Clean driving record required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Determine best daily route and assemble/deliver equipment to patients and educate them on proper use.
• Enforce DOT and FDA regulations related to Oxygen and DME for the service center.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure cleanliness of warehouse and delivery vehicle.
• Ensure technicians adhere to company and accreditation standards.
• Provide patient orientation and instructions on equipment use.
• Complete delivery and pickup processes promptly via the app.
