DME Express LLC in Texas is hiring delivery drivers to transport and set up medical equipment for hospice patients. Training is provided; no experience is required. You will operate in a fast-paced, patient-facing environment and must maintain a professional appearance and strong customer service skills.

The role involves routing, safe equipment handling, and on-call rotations on weekends. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, and a competitive salary based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive attitude at all times.
• Clean driving record.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds daily.
• Willing to work in a 24/5 operation with rotating on-call schedule.
• Accepts other duties and activities as assigned.

Responsabilités

• Determine best daily route and assemble, deliver equipment, and educate patients/families on proper use.
• Comply with all DOT and FDA regulations for Oxygen and DME.
• Maintain warehouse and delivery vehicle cleanliness and stock levels.
• Ensure technicians adhere to company and accreditation standards.
• Provide patient orientation and instructions for equipment use when applicable.
• Interact with patients to resolve problems and act as a company representative.
• Complete delivery and pickup through the app promptly and accurately.
• Assist in cleaning, disinfecting, and minor repair of equipment.
• Perform daily preventive maintenance on assigned vehicle.
• Promote teamwork and assist fellow drivers as needed.
• May work Saturdays/Sundays on a rotating schedule and go on-call as required.
