Job summary

Your Health Organization is seeking a Delivery Medical Associate to join our primary care team in the Georgia area. This full-time, salary-based role ensures safe, timely delivery of durable medical equipment to facilities and patients’ homes, while maintaining the highest safety and customer service standards.

Required are a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift heavy equipment, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Experience delivering medical equipment is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport Durable Medical Equipment.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
• Load and unload equipment onto and from the delivery vehicle.
• Secure equipment properly to prevent damage during transport.
• Verify and document equipment condition upon delivery and return.
• Install and set up equipment at facilities and patient homes.
• Provide basic instructions on initial use of installed equipment.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes for timely deliveries.
• Coordinate with dispatch for schedules and updates.
• Instruct clients on proper use and care of delivered equipment.
• Maintain records of deliveries with signatures and times.
