Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated seeks a Medical Courier for Melbourne, FL, with a Monday to Friday 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM schedule. You will drive a company vehicle, deliver medical specimens and lab materials, and coordinate with clinicians to ensure timely, accurate transport of tests.

Responsibilities include proper labeling, documentation, and maintaining safety standards. Strong customer service and reliable, independent work are essential for success in this mobile role.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's license with at least 3 years driving experience.
• Documentation of Motor Vehicle Record with no more than two moving violation convictions in 36 months, none in last 12 months.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick up, transport, and deliver medical specimens and lab materials; may cover additional routes as needed.
• Communicate professionally with doctors, nurses, and lab staff to ensure timely deliveries.
• Safely operate a company-provided vehicle (non-CDL).
• Use handheld scanners, route software, and mobile apps to track deliveries.
• Ensure proper specimen handling, labeling, storage, and documentation.
• Comply with DOT, HIPAA, OSHA, and internal safety standards.
• Complete office and logistics tasks as needed, including training team members and packing/shipping specimens.
