Quest Diagnostics is hiring a Medical Courier in Melbourne, FL (Mon–Fri, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM). You will pick up and deliver medical specimens, communicate with clinicians, operate a company vehicle (non-CDL), and use handheld scanners and route apps to track deliveries.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record per company policy.
• Excellent customer service and clear communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable documentation.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems on the road.
• Comfortable using mobile devices and scanning tools.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stay on the move during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Pick up, transport, and deliver medical specimens and lab materials.
• Communicate professionally with doctors, nurses, and lab staff.
• Safely operate a company-provided vehicle (non-CDL).
• Use handheld scanners, route software, and mobile apps to track deliveries.
• Ensure proper specimen handling, labeling, storage, and documentation.
• Comply with DOT, HIPAA, OSHA, and internal safety standards.
• Complete office and logistics tasks as needed, including training others.
