Mechanical Supervisor - £53,000 basic (package of £60k plus)

Location: West/North West London

Hours: Monday - Friday (Full-Time)

As a result of successful company growth, my client is looking for a Mobile Mechanical Supervisor to join their team. The role involves supervising planned preventative and reactive maintenance of Mechanical works on a portfolio of Maintenance Contracts. The supervisor will oversee maintenance contracts and prepare quotes for additional works in the West/North London area.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all installations, planned and reactive tasks are completed on schedule and to a high standard.
• Review engineers' reports and prepare quotations for extra works promptly.
• Identify defects and communicate with the Line Manager or client, providing parts lists and estimated completion times.
• Attend site for reactive tasks and emergency call-outs as instructed.
• Maintain a safe and healthy working environment.

Requirements:

• City and Guilds Mechanical Qualification or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Team player with a flexible and adaptable approach.
• Understanding of current health and safety legislation, environmental impacts, and risk assessments.
• Good supervisory skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
