Job summary

GYMGUYZ Williamsburg is seeking a Master Trainer to lead and inspire a team of mobile personal trainers. You’ll mentor others, drive client results, and shape fitness in the community.

This role offers flexible full-time scheduling, performance bonuses, and opportunities for growth within the DRIVE culture, as you deliver on-site sessions at clients\' homes and offices. You bring CPT certification, CPR/AED, 3+ years in training and leadership, and a passion for development, sales, and community

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE) certification required.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• At least 3+ years in personal training with leadership experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results.
• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
