Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver\'s license with a clean driving record.
• Basic maintenance skills and knowledge of tools and equipment used in building maintenance.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning and janitorial duties in common areas, keep janitor\'s room stocked.
• Transport clients, personnel, supplies, mail, and other cargo as needed with safety procedures.
• Inspect vehicles, verify state registration and safety features, ensure proper operation.
• Assist clients in boarding/exiting vehicles and guide them to designated offices or treatment areas.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance, such as replacing bulbs or unclogging pipes.
• Report vehicle issues to supervisor and maintain maintenance records.
