Job summary

ConvenientMD is seeking a proactive Mobile Maintenance Technician for our Maine district. You will perform routine maintenance and repairs at clinic locations, handling electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, and installations under the supervision of the Facilities Manager.

You’ll complete quarterly inspections, assist with new clinic setups, troubleshoot equipment, and maintain safety systems. A valid license and a willingness to work flexible hours are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance or related field experience.
• Flexible schedule with occasional weekends or evenings.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable using a tablet or iPad.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs across multiple clinic locations, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, and appliance installation.
• Complete quarterly inspections and maintenance such as drywall, painting, and furniture staining.
• Assist with special projects and setting up new clinics.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment, including non-licensed electrical devices.
• Maintain fire alarms, emergency lighting systems, and smoke detectors.
• Install winter rugs across clinics during colder months.
• Support marketing by hanging banners on-site and off-site.
• Follow safety standards and report hazards immediately.

The Opportunity

ConvenientMD is looking for a proactive and reliable Mobile Maintenance Technician to join our team for our Maine district. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs at various clinic locations. You’ll be tackling a variety of tasks, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, appliance installations, and more, all under the guidance of the Facilities Manager. Your ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively will be key to your success. In this role, you will be provided a work truck and gas card.

Your Impact

• Perform maintenance and repairs including minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, appliance installation, and more.
• Complete quarterly inspections and maintenance, such as drywall repairs, painting, and furniture staining.
• Assist with special projects and facility upgrades, and help set up new clinics.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment, including electrical devices that don’t require a licensed electrician.
• Maintain fire alarms, emergency lighting systems, and smoke detectors.
• Install winter rugs across clinics during the colder months.
• Support marketing by hanging banners both on-site and off-site.

Who You Are

Individual pay is determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to location, years of relevant experience, current market conditions, and budget considerations. The pay range listed reflects the base salary for this role within this region. Some positions may also offer additional incentive opportunities based on metrics or performance, depending on the role. We encourage you to apply even if your desired compensation falls outside of the listed range.

Pay Range for this Position: $23 USD - $25 USD
