Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a maintenance technician to service 5-6 retail stores within a geographic area. You will troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance on commercial RTUs and split systems, plus general building upkeep across multiple trades.

Company vehicle, gas card, tools, iPad and iPhone are provided. 40-45 hours weekly, competitive pay, no on-call, and benefits start early in the month.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years related experience.
• Trade school training preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• EPA/Universal CFC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance.
• Reviews work orders; estimates materials and times.
• Leads troubleshooting of HVAC, plumbing, roofs and drains.
• Inspects installations for codes and safety compliance.
• Inspects building systems to ensure proper operation.
• Oversees work by outside contractors.
• Maintains lighting systems; performs furniture assembly as needed.
• Responds quickly to emergencies and communicates activity daily.
