Qualifications

• Ability to inspect exterior and interior properties, including mechanical rooms and roofs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance for shopping centers and respond to service calls.
• Monitor and supervise repairs and maintenance for assigned properties.
• Complete daily property reviews and inspections.
