Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, seeks a Mobile Maintenance Technician for offsite VCU Health locations on a 1st shift (7:30am–4pm, M-F). The role covers preventative maintenance and routine repairs across hospital buildings, with diverse tasks from carpentry to electrical work.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of general building maintenance experience.
• Ability to follow up on maintenance tasks using a work order system.
• Experience with minor drywall and flooring.
• Building Automation Systems (BAS) knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Maintains logs, performs rounds and completes maintenance work orders, tests and inspections.
• Reads, comprehends and transmits complicated detailed instructions verbally and in writing.

Job Summary

The mobile maintenance technician will be responsible for responses on daytime emergencies at the offsite locations. They will cover preventative maintenance activities and will perform a variety of maintenance duties across the hospital buildings. This is a 1st Shift 7:30am to 4pm M-F schedule.
