Responsibilities

The Mobile Maintenance Technician will be responsible for Preventative Maintenance on building equipment primarily in Bethesda, and other MD locations. The Mobile Maintenance Technician will conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inspections of the system and associated equipment. Hours for this position are Monday-Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Salary $25.00-$27 per hour. Reliable transportation, mileage paid. On-call duties as required.

Responsibilities:

• Preventative maintenance on commercial building equipment, change filters, ballast, light bulbs, flush valves, toilet repairs, etc.
• Maintain clean, orderly, and safe work areas and comply with all generally recognized safety procedures
• Other related responsibilities as assigned
