Dalad Realty Company in Independence, OH is seeking a Mobile Maintenance-Grounds Keeper Technician for full-time, onsite work across multiple properties. You will inspect grounds, perform light maintenance, and keep spaces clean, safe, and inviting to support professional appearances across locations.

The role requires basic maintenance skills, ability to climb ladders, and a valid driver's license is preferred. A competitive hourly wage and benefits are offered by the family-oriented employer.

WHAT WILL YOU DO EVERY DAY AS A MOBILE MAINTENANCE-GROUNDS KEEPER TECHNICIAN?

In this role, you'll inspect commercial grounds, identify areas needing attention, clean and prepare vacant tenant spaces for future occupancy, perform light maintenance tasks, and replace lights and ballasts as needed. Throughout the day, you'll play a key role in ensuring our properties remain clean, safe, functional, and inviting, directly contributing to the professional appearance and overall success of each location.

WHEN WILL YOU WORK?

This is a full-time, onsite position in which employees report to a central location before traveling to commercial properties throughout Independence, Valley View, Broadview Heights, Seven Hills, and Brecksville.
