Millennia Commercial Group in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Mobile Building Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance duties at several properties in the greater Cleveland area. The role offers a regular full-time schedule with an hourly wage of $25.00–$30.00.

Responsibilities include responding to technical needs, inspections, preventative maintenance, and emergency response. Strong blueprint reading, electrical/mechanical, and computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• Complete or be in the process of completing an accredited college or technical school program relating to the building trades.
• Strong electrical, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints.
• General computer knowledge.
• Interact with coworkers and the public in a professional manner.
• Works with minimal supervision.
• Primarily 1st shift; may be required to work second/third shifts.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment as required.
• Adhere to safety and OSHA regulations.
• Participate in in-house and off-site training as required.

Millennia Commercial Group is looking for a Mobile Building Maintenance Engineer to perform maintenance duties at several of our company managed properties in the greater Cleveland area.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Respond to the technical needs of several local mixed-use commercial facilities.

Required Education and Experiences:

• Must have a reliable means of transportation.
