Job summary

Dolese Bros. Co is seeking a Mobile Lube Technician to perform lubrication and basic maintenance on mobile equipment in an aggregate production environment.

The role focuses on lubrication, servicing, and inspections for equipment such as loaders, dozers, excavators, and haul units, with duties 2pm–12am, Monday to Friday. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Experience performing lubrication activities on mobile equipment or maintenance in aggregate/industrial environments.
• Basic knowledge of lubrication principles, fluid servicing practices, and contamination control.
• Knowledge of mobile equipment systems (engines, hydraulics, transmissions, differentials).
• Ability to follow maintenance schedules and document service activities.
• Strong attention to detail and safety-mindedness.

Responsibilities

• Perform lubrication, oil changes, and fluid servicing on mobile equipment used in aggregate production.
• Apply proper lubrication techniques with correct lubricant types and service intervals.
• Follow lubrication/service schedules for mobile equipment.
• Complete lubrication and servicing tasks as scheduled and document results.
• Install, repair, and replace lubrication lines, fittings, and delivery components.
• Inspect equipment for leaks, wear, contamination, or other concerns and report findings.
