Job summary

Dolese Bros Co in the United States is seeking a Mobile Lube Technician to perform lubrication and basic maintenance on mobile equipment used in our aggregate operations. This role supports safe, reliable field operations and will follow a Monday–Friday schedule from 2pm to 12am.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and experience with lubrication on mobile equipment; strong attention to detail, ability to document work, and good teamwork with shop personnel are essential.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Experience with lubrication on mobile equipment preferred.
Knowledge of lubrication principles and contamination control.
Ability to read, write and document maintenance records.
Willingness to perform physical labor and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Perform lubrication, oil changes, and fluid servicing on mobile equipment used in aggregate production environment, including loaders, excavators, dozers, haul units, and related support equipment.
Follow established lubrication and service schedules to prevent contamination and premature equipment failure.
Inspect equipment during servicing to identify leaks, abnormal wear, contamination, or potential mechanical concerns.
Observe equipment conditions during servicing and report findings to supervisor.
Complete repair orders, service documentation, inspection reports, and lubrication records accurately and timely.
